These are a few of my favorite things...

As I begin this adventure into starting my own photography business, I thought I'd begin my blog with an "about me" section. I love to learn all I can about my clients so I thought I'd give you a taste of who I am!

These are a few of my favorite things:

This is a natural heart pond by my childhood home. It's also where my husband proposed to me. This picture reminds me of a lot of things- my past, my future, how amazing nature can be and love. Oh, and my husband is one of my favorite things, too.



My girls, Sophie and Lucy. They were rescued from a dumpster in New York and we adopted them.

I.love.fireworks. LOVE. So much so that it was one of the reasons  I got married on the 4th of July. 

Lilacs are my most favorite flower. And since they only bloom for a short time, whenever I see a lilac bush, I stop and smell it.

These are two of my favorite places in the world. They are beautiful, peaceful and they remind me of my family and friends. I won't embarrass my family and friends by posting pictures of them (yet), but they are the most incredible people. Loving, supportive, wonderful people who I feel so lucky to have in my life. I could not be having this new adventure if it weren't for them.

Other favorites include: The Princess Bride, hot chocolate, blue hoodie sweatshirts, the beach, mac and cheese, naps, cooking, dancing in the rain, white chocolate, fall in New England. 

I could not be more excited for this new chapter in my life and am very excited to share it with you!
