Friends Forever

As I started this post, the classic, amazing song "Friends Forever" from the hit TV show Saved by the Bell popped into my head. One of my favorite things about being a photographer is when I have the opportunity to photograph my friends. Matty P & I go waaaaay back. He is a big reason I survived and even liked high school. Matty P is a genuine, funny, sweet, all-around good guy. And he's getting married to Sarah, who is someone that when you meet, you want to be friends with immediately. They compliment each other so perfectly. I cried when Matty P called to tell me they were engaged (yes, I am an emotional person, but I was also just super excited). And I almost cried taking their pictures. Their love was so true and real and powerful. My heart was melting. We headed back to their old stomping grounds- Boston University where they met and feel in love. I'm so glad they did. : )
